Hi Lindsay , just discovered your blog tonight after typing The Next Big Thing into my iPad for some random non-apparent reason( maybe I had the Dictators on my mind) I have probably most of your zines from the 80s. I am still a big fan of those bands and have recently had the privilege of seeing live for the first time The Fleshtones, Steve Wynn, Peter Case and Cyril Jordan with his incarnation of The Flamin Groovies. Thanks Lindsay, I forgot to mention how insanely good the Sonics were at Dig It Up 2012! Also I was front of stage at the Peter Case / Flamin Groovies gig at the Annandale Hotel on the tuesday night following their appearance at Dig It Up 2013. Only about 50 people there but just such a great gig - probably up there in my top 5. Sound was so much better than the Enmore theatre. I have some good photos also one of the set lists for the Groovies. I will get them on your blog as soon as my 13 year old son shows me how to do this! Regards, Geoff Henzell.
