NORTON RECORDS NEWS SEPTEMBER 5, 2003

"Thanks to all that swung on down to Maxwell's and Union Pool for two big nights of A-Bones reunion mayhem! It was a blast getting together again with all of you (don't forget - NEW YORK PRESS once named the A-Bones "NY Band With The Best Audience.") and we hope we did justice to the three chords that we know and love. Thanks to the Great Gaylord, Tom Jorgensen of the Swingin' Neckbreakers and the mighty Dexter Romweber for their onstage guest shots at Maxwell's and to our Union Pool host Dave The Spazz. Dave, along with Andy of the Little Killers came up against the party crashin' Rumblers Car Club, though after heated verbal sparring, it was handshakes all around in what Spazz later termed "an hour long HAPPY DAYS episode." Thanks also to Scott Schinder for risking his job in making the A-Bones "pick of the week" in TIME OUT NEW YORK. That's it for the reunion shows but watch for a brand new seven inch squawker in our Rolling Stones cover singles soiree. Speaking of which:
