Last night's Edinburgh show went damn well and all roads lead to Glasgow tha'nicht.

I'm running a tad late this morning, just about plotzed when the alarm went off...

A big shout out to Francis and Ciara on the arrival of Hugh on to this post-Bush planet.

More later, quite possibly...

what a gig, went down a treat - Fran Schopplers first Edinburgh gig since ..... neither of us could remember but it wasnt yesterday .... and it was a good yin, the world famous shock and awe managed to make it through an acoustic set without fucking up too much, but the eric and amy show tore it up - 2 hours of hits from all through the years, I dont know amys stuff that well but the Joey Ramone song slayed me and the Wreckless Eric songs from 12 Oclock stereo (for me, one of erics best albums - go buy it) were exactly what I wanted to hear - what a gig !

Have to agree. That was a great show. I wasn't sure what to expect, them being sans backing band'n'all, but they made a lot more noise and played with a lot more anger and passion than you could really believe. And they were really funny too. I'll be seeing them again tonight in Glasgow. You should too if you can.
